Grips - Stock Grips replaced with Electra Ergo grips, 2 long
Cable Routing - Plastic replaced with modified Wilson curb-straps.
Computer - Garmin Edge 200 (shared)
Debadged - (Azor fender badge retained)
Bag - Carradice College saddle bag, black
Lights - Blackburn Flea Front and Rear rechargeable blinkies  Superflash Turbo blinkie (shared), Dynamo-Driven Incandescent, with rear LED stand light. (dim)
Pedals - Stock Pedals replaced with MKS Sylvan Touring pedals

Rack - Verza City Rack, powdercoat removed, polished aluminum
Bag - Rivendell Sackville Small
Lights - CygoLite Metro, Rear Superflash Turbo blinkie (shared), Rear Blackburn battery driven blinkie
Stem - Sunlite Adjustable Poptop Stem
Handlebars - Wald 2.5" rise touring bars
Computer - Garmin Edge 200 (shared)
Pedals - Stock platforms replaced with no name Aluminum rat-traps
Tyres - Stock Felt 700x35c  or  45North Polara 35c Studded

Lights - Kerosine lamp from Rideable Bicycle Replicas, Blackburn Fleas front and rear. Superflash Turbo blinkie (shared)
Pedals - Stock platforms replaced with MKS 3000 platforms
Hardware - Seatpost binding bolt replaced with unshouldered 8mm stainless bolt.  One cotter nut replaced with nylon lock nut. All Brake clip screws replaced with 5mm Hex Cap head screws.
Tyres - Schwalbe Delta Cruiser - Cream 700B
Paint - Most decals removed / painted over, Krylon Epoxy Appliance Black
